Summer Festival 2009 Volunteers and Sponsorship
It’s that time again! Pre-planning has started for this year's festival which will take place on Saturday, June 13th at Boxwood Public School at 2:30 – 7:00 pm.

We are looking for sponsorship this year. Each year our association spends on average $3000 - $4000 to host this event and this year probably will not be any different. We would like to ask the community for help through:

It is tougher for us to get support this year due to the state of the economy, so we’re asking for help from our members as this is a festival to celebrate our community. Over 450 residences show up each year and this year it’s our 10th Annual Festival so we would like to make it the best one ever!

We’re also looking for volunteers to make this day a success. If you would like to help out with pre-planning or have an hour or two to spare the day of, we would much appreciate it your help.

This is a perfect and fun way for any high school students who need to earn upto 4 community hours.
