Nomination and election of the Executives and Directors for 2010/2011 will take place at the meeting.

Due to the fact that RFRA only asked for membership renewal through emails this year, a membership renewal desk will be set up at the library prior to the starting of the AGM. Anyone wish to become a member can renew their membership by paying the $10 annual membership fee. Only Paid Members of 2010/2011 are eligible for nominations and votes.

If you can spare the time to help as a volunteer, we encourage you to run for the election as a volunteer. Alternatively, you can support the association by becoming a paid member. The membership fees support the operation of the association but most importantly, it gives the moral support to all the volunteers who devote their time in making our community a better place.
